How Delivery Works


Delivery Schedule

We currently deliver 7 days a week from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM and now offer advanced ordering. Pick a delivery date up to 10 days in advance. First available delivery date will be 72 hours from order date, if placed by 12 pm. Minimum 2 meal kits required for delivery orders.


Our meal kits will remain fresh for up to 4 days. (*Best before dates for Restaurant Meal Kits range from 2 to 5 days. Refer to best before date on packaging.)

Please note your delivery day may be scheduled for the next available day due to delivery capacity.

Delivery Costs

There is a $5.00 flat rate delivery fee for all eligible delivery locations. If you are not home to receive your delivery, your meals can be placed in a box with ice packs at a $5 flat fee.

*There is a 2-meal kit minimum to order PC Chef™ Meal Kits.

* * If you will not be home to receive your order during that time, you can let us know at checkout. The ice packs will keep your meal kits in refrigerated conditions (4°C/40°F) for up to 4 hours after delivery. Refrigerate your order by the time indicated on the delivery sticker provided. If you are unable to refrigerate your order by the indicated time on your box please reach out to our Customer Service team.

Delivery Order Updates

You will receive a notification when your order is within 1 hour of delivery and a notification when your delivery is complete.

It’s our goal to stay within our standard delivery times. If there happens to be a change with your scheduled delivery, we will let you know as soon as possible by email. We will provide you with updated delivery time options as well as refund details.

Condo / Apartment Buildings

For condo and apartment building deliveries, we encourage you to order ice packs to ensure your meal kits remain cool.

Your name will also be on the shipping label to ensure it finds you.

If your building has a concierge or front desk reception, your delivery will be safely left with them. If not, our delivery team will call you once they’ve arrived. Your meal kits will be left in the safest location possible and remain at refrigerated conditions (4°C/40°F) for up to 4 hours after delivery.

Delivery is available for purchases made online at only. Standard delivery fee of $5.00 applies and is subject to change at any time. A minimum purchase of two (2) PC Chef™ Meal Kits is required to be eligible for delivery. Our current delivery schedule is 8am -6pm every day. When adding your selected meal kits to cart, a pop up calendar will provide you with varying available dates to choose from (“Delivery Dates”), which are subject to the date and time in which you place your order (“Order Date”). For orders placed prior to 12:00pm on the Order Date, the first available Delivery Date will be three (3) days from the Order Date. For order placed after 12:00pm on the Order Date, the first available Delivery Date will be four (4) days from your Order Date. In either case, you will have the option to choose a Delivery Date that falls within the seven (7) day period of the first available Delivery Date. Any PC Chef™ Meal Kits added to, changed and/or removed from your order by you after 12pm on your Order Date, will automatically make your order subject to the first available Delivery Date four (4) days from your Order Date. Requests for specific delivery times between our delivery window of 8am-6pm every day cannot be accommodated at this time. Only our own electronic timing device will be accepted for time keeping purposes. You must be present during the timeslot and at the location you selected at the time of placing your order. Although we will make every effort to have your order delivered during your selected timeslot, please note that we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to limit quantities to reasonable family requirements.
