Current delivery areas:
There is a $5.00 flat rate delivery fee for all eligible delivery locations. If you are not home to receive your delivery, your meals will be placed in a cooler box at a $5 flat fee.
*There is no minimum to order PC Chef™ Meal Kits for delivery until November 30, 2020.

* If you will not be home to receive your order during that time, you can let us know at checkout. The cooler box will keep your meal kits in refrigerated conditions (4°C/40°F) for up to 4 hours after delivery. Refrigerate your order by the time indicated on the delivery sticker provided. If you are unable to refrigerate your order by the indicated time on your cooler bag please reach out to our Customer Service team.
Delivery Order Updates
You will receive a notification when your order is within 1 hour of delivery and a notification when your delivery is complete.
It’s our goal to stay within our standard delivery times. If there happens to be a change with your scheduled delivery, we will let you know as soon as possible by email. We will provide you with updated delivery time options as well as refund details.
Condo / Apartment Buildings
For all condo and apartment building deliveries, we will place your meals in a cooler box to keep your meal kits cool. Your name will also be on the shipping label to ensure it finds you. If your building has a concierge or front desk reception, your delivery will be safely left with them. If not, our delivery team will call you once they’ve arrived. Your meal kits will be left in the safest location possible and remain at refrigerated conditions (4°C/40°F) for up to 4 hours after delivery.
You may cancel your order or modify the order (including adding or removing products or changing quantities) up until 10:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled Delivery Day for your order (the “Cut-off Time”) by contacting Customer Service by phone at 1-855-951-3883 or by email at email@example.com, [7 days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST]. If you try to make any cancellation or modification after the Cut-off Time, we cannot guarantee that the order will be cancelled or that the modification will be made.
