What are PC Chef™ Meal Kits?

PC Chef™ is a new product line from President’s Choice that helps Canadians take the guesswork out of dinnertime. PC Chef™ Meal Kits offer a range of chef-inspired meals with pre-portioned ingredients and step-by-step instructions with no subscription required.

What is included in my PC Chef™ Meal Kits?

Each PC Chef™ Meal Kit includes pre-portioned ingredients and a recipe card with step-by-step instructions.

How long will my PC Chef™ Meal Kits stay fresh for?

Upon delivery, PC Chef™ Meal Kits will stay cool for up to 4 hours in the box they’ve been delivered in. After this time, ensure that your meal kits are properly refrigerated. four days in the refrigerator. PC Chef™ Meal Kits will stay fresh for up to 4 days in the refrigerator. You can also refer to the best before date on the packaging.

For Restaurant Meal Kits, shelf life varies from 2 to 5 days. Each meal kit will have its best before date printed on the packaging.

Is my PC Chef™ Meal Kit recyclable?

Here’s how to recycle your PC Chef™ Meal Kit:

  • Fold the craft bag and cardboard flat and recycle them along with the recipe card.
  • Feel free to reuse bottles and containers or recycle according to your city’s guidelines.
  • The gel bag itself is 100% recyclable and all contents in the bag are 99% biodegradable and can simply be drained and discarded in the trash. After use, simply cut the bag open, drain contents into the trash and recycle the gel bag.

Do you offer a referral program?

Can I pick up my Restaurant Meal Kit order at the restaurant?

No, orders for Restaurant Meal Kits can only be placed at for home delivery. All orders are delivered right to your door for a delivery fee of $8.99. For more information on our delivery experience, please refer to the delivery section of this page.

What is the shelf life of the Restaurant Meal Kits?

Shelf life varies depending on meal and restaurant. Each meal kit will have its best before date printed on the packaging.

Are the Restaurant Meal Kits priced the same as the meals at the restaurants?

Yes, the Restaurant Meal Kits are priced the same as the equivalent meals at the restaurants.

How many servings are included in the Restaurant Meal Kits?

Each Restaurant Meal Kit varies in serving size. Restaurant Meal Kits start at 1 serving.

Can I earn PC Optimum™ points on Restaurant Meal Kits?

No, PC Optimum points are currently not available on Restaurant Meal Kit orders.

Why are some restaurants not available on anymore?

We have streamlined our restaurant offerings to provide more efficiency for fulfilling orders and to provide customers with a rotating menu to experience new restaurants and dishes.


Is there a minimum order for delivery?

There is a minimum order for delivery of 2 meal kits.

Why do I now need to purchase 2 kits to order?

We have implemented a 2-kit minimum to help us better coordinate deliveries and reduce environmental impact.

How can I cancel or change my order?

To cancel or modify your order (including adding or removing products or changing quantities), contact Customer Service by phone at 1-855-951-3883 or by email at, [7 days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST].

Is there a cutoff time to cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or change your order 48 hours before your scheduled delivery day.

Why don't you offer next-day delivery anymore?

After receiving valuable feedback, we decided to give customers increased flexibility to order in advance and to pick a desired delivery date. We can now produce our kits based on when our customers need them.

Why is the next available delivery date 3 days away?

The 3-day period allows us to better facilitate logistics for delivery and provides customers more flexibility to choose a delivery day that works best for them.

Why is a particular meal kit not available on my selected delivery date?

Due to our rotating menu, some meal kits may not be available for your selected delivery date. Our rotating menu allows us to provide new and interesting meal kits for greater variety.

Why are my meal kits being delivered with ice packs?

We are delivering your meal kits with ice packs to ensure freshness and that the quality of our meals is maintained throughout the delivery process, especially if customers are not home when they are delivered.

PC™ id

What is a PC™ id?

A PC identification is a universal login that can be used to access your accounts across a variety of Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart Inc online platforms. If you are registered with, or an online grocery banner, you already have one. Your PC™ ID is your email address and password and used as your login information when you shop online. PC Optimum™

Can I earn PC Optimum points?

Yes, PC Optimum is available for online PC Chef™ delivery orders at during promotion periods only. All points earned will be applied to your PC Optimum account within 10 business days. If you do not have a PC Optimum account, sign up here.

Can I use PC Optimum Points on PC Chef™ products?

You cannot redeem PC Optimum points for on PC Chef™ delivery orders. You can, however, redeem your PC Optimum points in store!


Is there a delivery fee or subscription with PC Chef™ Meal Kits?

PC Chef™ Meal Kits do not have a subscription fee. There is a delivery fee of $8.99 for orders of 2 meal kits. Orders of 3 or more meal kits will have the delivery fee waived.

What are the payment options available on

Why don't you accept American Express?
