We currently deliver 7 days a week from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM and now offer advanced ordering. Pick a delivery date up to 10 days in advance. First available delivery date will be 72 hours from order date, if placed by 12 pm. Minimum 2 meal kits required for delivery orders.
Our meal kits will remain fresh for up to 4 days in the refrigerator. (*Best before dates for Restaurant Meal Kits range from 2 to 5 days. Refer to best before date on packaging.)

Orders of 3+ meal kits will be delivered with no extra charge. There is a $8.99 flat rate delivery fee for orders of 2 meal kits.

All orders include ice packs that will keep your meal kits in refrigerated conditions (4°C/40°F) for up to 4 hours after delivery. Refrigerate your order by the time indicated on the delivery sticker provided. If you are unable to refrigerate your order by the indicated time on your box, please reach out to our Customer Service team.
Delivery Order Updates
You will receive a notification when your order is within 1 hour of delivery and a notification when your delivery is complete.
It’s our goal to stay within our standard delivery times. If there happens to be a change with your scheduled delivery, we will let you know as soon as possible by email. We will provide you with updated delivery time options as well as refund details.
Condo / Apartment Buildings
For condo and apartment building deliveries, your name will be on the shipping label to ensure it finds you. If your building has a concierge or front desk reception, your delivery will be safely left with them. If not, our delivery team will call you once they’ve arrived. Your meal kits will be left in the safest location possible and remain at refrigerated conditions (4°C/40°F) for up to 4 hours after delivery.
